David Major

David Major is a highly experienced executive leader that has worked across multiple sectors and jurisdictions in Australia. Starting his career in elite sports coaching and high performance development, David is a leadership alumni of the Harvard Kennedy School and a long time member of the Australian Facilitators Network.

In co-founding Ironbark Collaborative, David aspires to support purpose-driven dignity-centred leadership practice. Accepting responsibility for leadership as a constant growth mindset practice is at the centre of Davids ethos and scaffolds the work he does with organisations and individuals.
