Ironbark Collaborative was created to support and develop leaders so their people and communities can thrive. We believe leadership is not about a job title but about the responsibility that others seek and trust you with.

Ironbark Collaborative draws on the extensive experience of a team of executive coaches and business consultants we have worked with for many years. Our approach is grounded in Adaptive Leadership, but we use different coaching and leadership frameworks depending on what works best for you. When you work with Ironbark Collaborative, we match you with a coach, consultant or team suited to your specific needs and style.

The Ironbark Tree

The ironbark tree is resilient, with deep roots and hard wood that hold it tall and strong in all weather, droughts, floods and fire. It symbolises our commitment to working with tenacity, strength and perseverance.

The ironbark's deep roots and strong trunk are the base from which delicate flowers grow and seeds spread. Our logo represents this growth and cultivation of new leaders and initiatives.

Ironbark Collaborative was founded by David Major and Jason Ardler. Both are senior leaders with experience in leading innovative strategy and change leadership. They have worked in public, private and NGO sectors. They are experts in adaptive leadership, change management, governance, team effectiveness and facilitation.
