Jason Ardler

Professor Jason Ardler is a respected strategist and change leader. Following more than 20 years in senior executive roles across government and higher education, he co-founded Ironbark Collaborative, where he now partners with leaders across government, industry and the not-for-profit sector to strengthen strategy, culture and leadership capability, delivering meaningful outcomes for the communities they serve.

In 2018, Jason received the Public Service Medal (PSM) for outstanding public service and in 2019 was made a Fellow of the Australian New Zealand School of Government. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of NSW, an Executive Certificate in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and is a Global Alumni of the Commonwealth Leadership Development Study Conferences.
